Fish soup
For 6 people
Ingredients:
1 kg of fish of rock
1 leek
1 oigneau
3 tomatos
3 cloves of garlic
1 furnished bouquet
1 spoon with coffee of tomato puree
6 stale farmhouse bread sections
olive oil
salt, pepper
TIME OF COOKING: 55 min
Preparation:
To clean and empty fish of rock. Emincer garlic and the onion, to cut leek in sections and tomatos in districts. To rub the sections of bread to garlic and to cut them in small Des. to make Them fry in a frying pan with olive oil. To serve quite hot soup with let us croûtons.
