The chicken with the Bastian one

For 6 people

Ingredients:

1 large chicken
150 dry mushroom gr.
150 gr. of plugs
200 stoned black olive gr.
500 potato gr.
4 tomatos
1 glass liquor Napoleon fine
Oil
Salt, pepper



TIME OF COOKING: 1:05

Preparation:

To make heat a little oil in a casserole. Y to make return the whole chicken under all the faces so that it is coloured, approximately 5 minutes. To peel potatoes and to cut them in Des. To cut tomatos in districts. To put in the casserole the plugs, mushrooms, the dice of potatoes, the tomato districts and black olives. To salt and pepper. Well to mix and wet with half-glass of water and Napoleon fine. To cover and let cook with small fire during 1 hour. to stir up from time to time in the course of cooking. The chicken and the vegetables will be very marrowy.
