Omelette in Brocciu
For 6 people
Ingredients:
400 gr. of brocciu
5 mint sheets
12 eggs
oil
salt, pepper
TIME OF COOKING: 8 min
Preparation:
To crush the brocciu with the fork coarsely and to chop the sheets mint To beat eggs with the fork. Y to incorporate the brocciu and chopped mint. To salt and pepper. To mix well. To make heat 2 spoons with oil soup in a frying pan. To pour eggs beaten in the frying pan. To make cook with sharp fire during 4 to 5 minutes. To turn over the omelette using a plate and to make cook the other face during 2 to 3 minutes. To make slip the omelette into the dish of service. To be useful at once.
