250 gr. of puff pastry 500 gr. of brocciu 150 sugar gr. 4 eggs 2 spoons with rum soup
TIME OF COOKING: 15 min
Preparation:
To spread out the puff pastry with the rolling pin. To sink six small pie moulds. To mix all the ingredients and to fill the moulds. To make cook with hot furnace during 15 minutes. Rum can be replaced by a spoon with instant coffee soup or a piece of lemon peel.
