Thrushes with the grapes
For 6 people
Ingredients:
12 thrushes
1 beautiful bunch of white grape
1 onion
1 thyme branch
1/2 dry white wine glass
olive oil
salt, pepper.
TIME OF COOKING: 35 min
Preparation:
To peel onion and the émincer. To reserve. To pluck and empty the thrushes. To pass to the flame to burn the small last pluumes.
