Strike, or Auricles

For 6 people

Strike or auricles Ingredients:

500 gr. of flour
1 salt pinch
1 brewers' yeast sachet
50 sugar gr.
2 eggs
1/2 milk glass
1/2 oil glass
oil bath of crackling
sweeten ice or out of powder

TIME OF COOKING: 20 min

Preparation:

To put the flour in a salad bowl. To add salt, yeast and sugar. To incorporate eggs, then oil and milk. To knead the paste well and to let it rest during 2 hours. To spread out the paste with the roller over one half-centimetre thickness. To cut out rectangles of two centimetres out of four, or to use a punch. To make heat the oil of crackling and make cook strike them in very hot oil during 2 to 3 minutes. To draw up on a dish and to powder with sugar freeze or out of powder.
