Figatellis roasted Ingredients:

3 figatellis
1 farmhouse bread

TIME OF COOKING: 10 min

Preparation:

To cut the figatellis in sections from three to four centimetres. To prick with a large fork or a pin. To cut the farmhouse bread into two and to pose it close to the fire of chimney. To make roast the figatellis above embers. As soon as they start to sweat, to pose them on the bread in order to recover grease. To renew the operation until the figatellis are well roasted and which bread is well soaked. To taste the figatellis and the bread thus prepared enbsemble.
