Zucchini fritters
For 2 pots
Ingredients:
2 kg of sweet chestnuts
sweeten
salt
TIME OF COOKING: 1. 25
Preparation:
To peel the sweet chestnuts (the hull) and to weigh them. To prepare this same sugar weight. To make boil sweet chestnuts in a great volume of water salted during 1 hour. To remove the second skin of sweet chestnuts. To pass to the potato-masher. To put sweet chestnut mashed potaties and sugar in the basin at jam. To wet with water half-glass. To make cook with small fire during 25 minutes while often stirring up. To pour jam in the pots and to let cool.
